A 1:1 dialog was established between the seller and customer. The clever giveaway enabled the conversation to be guided toward the new Dd6 club in a sympathetic way. It led to additional interest in testing the club and positively supported the decision to buy the club. Retailers registered very positive feedback in regard to the action.
