The Dessert Academy was founded by Arla Foods. The objectives of the Academy are to promote fine dessert culture and to be characterised by inspiration, modernity, good taste, knowledge and quality. We have helped the Academy to maintain these objectives online and to become an educational, inspirational source of knowledge.
The chefs Magnus and Ted Johansson have combined the art of cocktails, with the tapas culture and the tastes from five continents. The result is an international taste and design sensation.
The creatives, combined with the recipes, make this an inspirational place both for culinary professionals and amateurs.
