Description

Lock & Limit service is the digital finance service by Hyundai Card which make it possible for customers to manage their payment where-used and limit.

We concluded it’s a true digital service only when we can explain it in the easiest way- “Digilog”. It’s our key idea to assimilate unfamiliar and difficult digital service to familiar analogue stuffs around us like turning on and off the switch, adjusting audio volume. If turning off the switch for foreign payment attached on the card, the card cannot be used in foreign country or if turning up the volume button, the card’s limit for a day can be increased. By doing this, customers could understand our innovative but easy digital services.

As a result, Hyundai Card got considered as the most innovate brand to understand customers’ problems and bring useful solutions in digital finance not just in common finance.
