We have to communicate the benefits of digital printing vs offset. We have to show GGAA professionals the benefits of using both systems, offset and digital, to improve their business.Our communication was directed to several contacts in the client's database:• First comunication: Mailing - To compare the differences and quality between digital and offset - To show that digital is better than offset in a positive way - To open the door to the telemarketing action• Second comunication: Telemarketing action to generate contacts
Outcome
• Telemarketing action: we sent the mailing to 250 contacts and got 69 interviews, and a total of 27.6% effectiveness.• The redemption of Xerox campaigns is over 10%. With this action we increased it a 270%.• Apart from these results, we have also received congratulations from Xerox and their clients.
