OVERVIEW

Execution

For this purpose, we wondered: if in Córdoba fernet is popularised with Coca-Cola (the most widespread way of drinking it), then in Buenos Aires why couldn’t it be fernet and Coca Sarli? Coca Sarli is a popular vedette from Argentine cinema of the ‘60s, in the style of Bettie Page and Brigitte Bardot. Punning on her name, we used the launch to pay her a tribute. We thus created an installation of 1882 fernets and Coca Sarli around one of the most emblematic landmarks in Buenos Aires. The installation was complemented with an outdoor print circuit near the park.

Outcome

1882 offered the city four special days, during which people naturally came to the place and took pictures. Coca Sarli herself attended the event and the installation was broadcast on the main TV channels, radio stations, newspapers, magazines and different websites. Thanks to all this, the brand became famous in Buenos Aires, moving from 0 to 25% in brand awareness in only four days. And at the same time, we paid homage to Coca Sarli, an icon of Argentine popular culture.
