Background

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) falling asleep at the wheel is one of the leading causes of accidents worldwide. 24% of car accidents are due to this cause. Scientists from the University of Seoul in South Korea, and the Journal Environmental Psychology found that smelling coffee improves cognitive ability and optimizes brain analysis and performance. Smelling coffee also wakes you up. That's why at Café Caribe, Chile's number one coffee company, we set out to create a new brand experience that helps sleepy drivers. Idea

Strategy

Our goal was to reach all taxi drivers, uber drivers, truck drivers, bus drivers and coffee lovers, who are part of our target group between 25 and 55 years of age, inviting them to be part of a brand experience. tailor made that will help them avoid more accidents caused by lack of sleep at the wheel, in this way the brand builds a great value of loyalty among its target.
