Description
The objective of this spot was to promote Blockbuster Video as a gift-giving destination for the Holiday season. The spot takes place at a family gathering during Christmas dinner. All of the dialogue is made up of famous movie lines, which are combined with visual elements, to create a total of over 35 movie references hidden within the spot.
This spot aired nationally on television and in cinema for six weeks leading up to Christmas. Our target was gift-giving adults and movie buffs.
