Background
Electrolux, a leading and renowned home-appliance manufacturer, wanted to revamp its digital presence. The strategy had to be in consonance with the context: the woman of SEA was all about happiness, togetherness and warmth. She cares about keeping her family healthy and happy.
The Objectives
? Create Digital Content to enhance consumer experience while shopping
? Identity new digital channels to communicate with consumers
? Uplift, revamp and strengthen the in-store experience by making the selection process easier for consumers
? Communicate product differentiation clearly in an attractive and compelling manner through strong and bold claims
? Maintain a consistent brand experience that’s both premium and European
? Improve off-take and store productivity
? From offline to online, develop and execute best-in-class in-store for the brand
Execution
Implementation & Placement:
We developed 2 augmented reality applications to communicate features through a highly engaging interface for two of the brand’s star products – the Nutrilight Refrigerator & the Smart HOB.
Available on both iOS and Android platforms, the AR apps communicate the exceptional features of the products and greatly enhance user experience.
Timeline:
We have developed and tested the app for around 3-4 months and it is still up for download through IOS and Android until now.
