The Emma Plaster was primarily a PR driven campaign. As a teaser the plaster was stuck on the faces, arms and hands of many Dutch celebrities. Our message was revealed with a plastered edition of Amsterdam’s biggest daily paper, followed by print, outdoor and online media executions with well known Emma ambassadors. Additionally, we launched the Emma Plaster app for iPhone and Android, an app that lets users stick a digital version of the plaster onto their pictures and share them online.
Outcome
Within a week we’d sold more than 25,000 packages of Emma Plasters. And the PR¬ value of the campaign had reached 450,000 euros. That’s just the beginning. The Emma Plaster is still on offer, helping the hospital now and in the future.
