Description

PowerWISE is a consortium of Ontario’s largest electricity distribution companies and the province’s Ministry of Energy. David Suzuki, lightening rod personified for environmental discourse, is its spokesperson. To propagate a culture of energy conservation in Ontario, we designed and built an online hub to galvanize visitors to power down at home. Creating a community to share tips and trade ideas, the site focuses on saving money, energy and generating a dialogue about impacting environmental change right on the user’s own doorstep. Visitors stay connected and engaged in conversation by subscribing to RSS feeds, which provide regular updates and fresh insights.
