Description
GE has been present at numerous decisive moments in the recent history of Humanity. GE DAY´s, aim was to make the guests see that, once again, GE is making history. Before summer, a teaser mailing was sent telling our guests where and when they should be in order to 'make history'. After summer and via mailing, the General Electric company was presented to them through the great advances of humanity where GE contribution had been fundamental. Inviting them to continue 'writing history' in the company of GE in a large white book and with their attendance on GE Day.
Outcome
Event attendance was a great success. Out of the 3,200 people invited, attendance was 2,450. 90% of the employees attended. Without making a huge communication effort in universities, 250 final-year students attended. During the expectation and invitation phase 2123 visits to the website were counted. In the post-event phase 753 visits to the website were counted.
