In this film for Adobe Experience Cloud, we imagine an alternate reality in which customers react in an uncharacteristically positive way to frustrating customer experiences. The cinematic piece takes us through a series of comedic vignettes, each focusing on a different bad customer experience that Adobe Experience Cloud can solve—from poorly timed email blasts at 3:00 a.m. to hotel systems that make you check in again and again and again. In the end the Adobe film leaves us with the message that people don’t act like this, and neither should your business.
