Description

To draw attention to the problems with tech-related stress and mobile addiction at workplaces, Swedish mobile carrier Telenor carried out an experiment showcasing what we actually expose our colleagues to when using mobile phones during meetings.

Employees at IT enterprise Crossnet had previously been asked to give a short presentation about themselves in front of “new potential business partners”. Completely unaware that the other participants in the meeting were hired actors, they face a series of very strange situations; someone starts showing her vacation photos, while another begins ripping envelopes. Another participant starts reading a newspaper, when suddenly a cute baby pops up – right in the midst of the presentations. The film dramatizes the events in mobile phones that often catch our attention when we really should be focusing on other things.
