Description
Fevikwik is a well known instant adhesive in India. However, with the influx of competitive brands, it had become necessary for Fevikwik to reassert the brand claim of instant fixing with its dealers. Indian markets are still ‘traditional trade’ driven and these dealers do influence the consumer's buying decision.
The strategy was to delight these dealers with something special that would 'stick' in their minds for years to come.
Execution
'The first reusable piggy bank' gave the TG a unique demo right in their homes. They happily put together the piggy banks again. It reasserted the brand's claim of instant fixing and ease of use.
Outcome
We sent 500 hundred piggy banks as gifts to the dealers. It reasserted the brand's claim of instant fixing and ease of use. They were a fillip to relationships that the company had built with dealers over the years.The piggy bank has become a prized possession amongst the dealers.
