Fiat would give tips on Waze, depending on the location of the person. The tips would be related to restaurants, cafes, movie theaters and ice cream shops.

This service was available in 6 of the biggest cities of Brazil.

On Waze, Fiat offers live tips of restaurants, cafes, cinemas and ice cream shops that are near the driver. The idea of taking a break from the stressful traffic helps to convey that Fiat is not only aware of such issues, but is also willing to contribute to a better life in big cities.

Outcome

Being the first car manufacturer to seize this opportunity, Fiat achieved vast amounts of earned media.
