Description
The concept of duty pharmacy is a natural resource in times of need. Therefore, we created for these pharmacists an On Duty Bank, which is permanently available to respond and help its clients, making an extended offer to their business and their personal lives.
This service was highly customized and available 24 hours, seven days a week (by Internet and phone), just like pharmacies are. For that matter, the mailing was delivered personally, and during the after-hours period.

Outcome
The number of clients in the pharmacy segment increased from 505 clients in 2003 to 817 in 2004. This means that there was a 60% growth in one year. Our mailing, with the commercial department support, had impact on 2,583 clients and achieved a redemption rate of 12%.
