Steering away from the usual approach to safety videos, this film hones in on special effects and eerie sounds to really strike a chord with the viewer.

The realistic smoke simulations were created in 3d with FumeFX / Maya and all shots were tracked using synthEyes and Nuke. The simulations were designed noting the actual behaviour of smoke in a real world situation for the maximum realism and effect. The smoke simulations and original plates were composited together in Nuke. Time remapping to match the audio FX was achieved in After Effects and the final colour grade was carried out in Davinci Resolve.
