Human body, just like cans, tend to twist and bend in time due to factors like wrong movements, posture, various deformities etc. Pilates reverses this and helps the body to erect and gain strength again.

In the movie, we see a crushed can slowly erecting. It begins changing back into its old, upright and strong shape. The human figure on it recovers and takes its original strong and upright shape as well. After that, it writes “Strong Again” next to the can. Baps logo appears along with the “Pilates Studio” script, erecting just like the can.
