Alicorp creates Ali, a virtual friend who provides personalized content, tips, tips, solutions and even home shopping, to make their lives more simple.

What difference does it make with Siri?

Ali is not artificial intelligence, Ali is human intelligence.

A large group of professionals who listen, respond, give advice, upload content

... and most importantly: they empower to women.

Execution

Ali relates with her friends amongst many social platforms:  Whatsapp. A web portal (diariamenteali.com), which is a space full of relevant content to make her life easier, with small, big and useful tips.  Advice for her home, kitchen, children and partner.  A web page with a facilitator that integrates Alicorp’s brands as part of the content, making her value generators every day. An App that is of great utility to her, thanks to consumer path and geolocalization, delivering her relevant content and promotions at the right time.  In other words, Ali comes closer to women in the most relevant places and time, inspired by the way she looks for help.

Outcome

In record time, Ali has reached the unthinkable.  Achieving being a friend to 10% of women connected in the country and has had million of conversations since it’s launch.  Today, Ali interacts with women not only delivering them high value advice, but also gives them companionship and understands them.

During this first year Ali has helped many women involved in cases of domestic violence, leading them to contact organizations that can give help and protection at the correct time.  Ali has even taught them how to cook along with Sandra Plevisani, an icon in the world of “baking” in Peru, having more than 61,000 women connected during every session.  We have been giving nutrition advice and recipes,  becoming the largest and the most complete digital recipe book in the country.  We have delivered content with entertainment, beauty, family help and wellness.  And more and more for every women in Peru.
