We commissioned a team of mechanics to build an iconic Forza Ford GT40 from scratch – and we asked our Petrol Head audience to shape its construction.Executed over 6 days to focus attention and maintain buzz, we shared our stunt across the motoring world’s most respected websites, and built partnerships with motorsport communities. Our audience told us what parts to use and how the car should be built. What’s more, we opened up the event to a much wider audience by hosting it live at Westfield, one of London’s biggest entertainment centres – inviting our Petrol Head audience to come along and see the car for themselves.
Engaging and involving – online and in person – our experiential gave our audience exactly what they wanted: a reason and chance to interact with race mechanics and a space to debate their ideas and show off what they knew.
