Description
FRANK is the national drug advice service, created to provide teenagers with answers to any questions they might have about drugs. FRANK launched in 2003 and has been a massive success, but now a whole new generation have grown into teenagers and many have never heard of the service. This campaign set out to raise awareness of FRANK and position it as a place to get expert advice about drugs.
