Description
The fresh fish that goes into our dishes is the same that feeds the abundant seagulls of Dubai. So, why not invite these fresh-fish specialists to promote our ingredients? From this insight, we came up with the idea to create the first edible and fish-flavored poster/installation for seagulls.
Execution
We created a new media space, close to the sea and to the seagulls.
The installation itself was filmed and shared on social media. We recorded the experience over the 3 days that the poster was displayed on the beach.
We created a 1.5 m x 1.5 m poster, as well as a video for the Internet.
Outcome
Restaurant deliveries were increased by 35% for the month and bookings increased by
23%. The idea helped make Barracuda synonymous with fresh seafood in the minds of existing costumers, as well as new ones.
