Execution

We approach the consumer from an emotional angle; everyone worries about their own funeral but nobody discusses it. The topic ‘funeral’ must be open to discussion! Our solution: a unique double book – ‘My Funeral’ – for inspiration and conversation.

Outcome

Result: more than 15% conversion and Dutch people finally talk about their funerals:-“I’m very impressed: it’s a wonderful book with a beautiful and positive outlook and it’s very sensitive to people who may have recently experienced the death of a loved one. Instead of being painful it’s very appropriate and helpful (I speak from experience).” -“Non-commercial and with a very good vibe. Compliments!”-“A very compassionate way of discussing such a sensitive topic.”-“A sincere way to introduce the topic of ‘dying’ to children.”
