Description

A new restaurant of Outback Steakhouse chain just opened inside a shopping mall half a mile away from the commercial building we made the live interaction. Engaging consumers with the brand was an attempt to drive traffic for the new restaurant.

Execution

The elevator of the commercial building where the campaign took place already had a screen for displaying advertising. We made an intervention in it in order to sow live images and talk to the audience. A small studio was also built inside the elevator from where a celebrity talked to consumers.

Outcome

On the day of the live experience we impacted 2600 people inside the elevator with live messages. 8% of them tasted the restaurant dishes inside the elevator, in the pop up restaurant. Everyone that participated also got a voucher with discount to try the actual restaurant. We recorded the whole experience and posted it on YouTube and the restaurant's page on Facebook. in just three days, the video got more than 3 million views and the restaurant got more than 65000 post engagements - 14000 of those were consumer to consumer messages.
