The song and sounds used in the radio spot pertain to 80s. It is only people who were young kids/adolescents in the 80s, who are now nearing the age of 40 in the year 2018. This gives us an interesting way of pointing out to our core TG for health insurance plans, that they are now old! To communicate to them in an undeniable way that they are now at an age where they need a health insurance plan!
