In Quebec, animal shelters are filled to capacity. Nearly 25% of people claim to have disposed of the cats and dogs they had once acquired. This is why it's imperative to encourage the public to make thoughtful decisions. Everyone has the responsibility to be well informed before adopting a pet and ready to fulfill its needs. The campaign aims to raise awareness, among 35- to 54-year-olds, of the role they play in improving the safety and well-being of pets.
