A man at the gym. He finishes working out and then looks at himself in the mirror. He looks at his body, his muscles. His face looks happy. He feels good. Milk starts coming out of one of his nipples. He enjoys it all. He starts milking himself looking in the mirror, feeling like there's nothing better than sweating.

There’s always someone in a costume in every race: spiderman, Santa Claus, transformer. Usually they can’t go past the first mile. What if this time, the guy in the costume finished the race? We invited an amateur runner to train at Cia. Athletica and after 1 month he ran the race dressed as a chicken. He finished in 7th out of 3000 runners.
