Outcome

The programme is ongoing, kicked off by a test run from October 2002 to January 2003.Within that test period, response rate was 33% . Two clients have already signed up out of six prospects - a business of $32,500 - bringing the ROI to $88 for every $1 spent (cost for test phase was $350).
