Heineken once again came up with a World Cup premium for the Dutch fans.And completely in line with tradition, it was a noisy premium: the Pletterpet (a Vuvuzela Helmet!).We didn’t want to disappoint our eternal rivals, the Germans, so we also came up with a premium for them: Gehörschutzstöpsel.
