A guy wakes up in the morning and finds out he forgot his wife's birthday.

He jumps in his motorless car and goes downhill to town to get her a gift before she wakes up. When he walks out of the gift shop we see him next to his car that has no engine, looking up hill to his house, he then lowers a lever, and the entire city goes up so he can go downhill back to his house, and get there on time before his wife wakes up.
