Description

Brief:Send out a holiday greeting to our current and potential client that highlights the multi-disciplinary approach we take to every job.Solution:We began with the insight that the holidays are a stressful time of year and full of arguments. We offered our clients “peace on earth” this year by creating a tool that put an end to holiday arguments. 600 Holiday cards and a blooper video on YouTube drove traffic to SettleHolidayArguments.com where visitors could pick a family feud (fake tree vs. real) from a list, and have a helpful elf settle it.All clients received the email for the video link. High-value clients received the actual Holiday Card.Results:Six hundred clients received either the email or the Holiday Card, and there were over 1100 site visits. The average time spent on the site was 2:45.
