Every year, Huawei makes an employer brand film targeting at college graduates around the world to explain Huawei's corporate philosophy and attract talents to work join Huawei. The film is Huawei's employer brand film in 2019.

Idea

By presenting great historic giants like Leonardo Da Vinci, Marie Curie, James Prescott Joule and their attentiveness in the pursuit of great achievements, we want to communicate Huawei’s enterprise philosophy during campus recruiting. We hope the pioneering spirit carried by these big names would attract today’s young people with similar traits and hopefully make them our potential employees. That how the video functions as a recruiting video. The ending part presents a link between the present and the past. The pioneering spirit, just like the relay baton, would be passed down from historic giants to new generations.
