Description
For most people pop music and science seem to be inconsistent with one another. By carrying this seeming opposition self-ironically to extremes we arouse their interest in Popakademie Baden-Württemberg.
Execution
We humorously dramatize the analysis of famous pop music phenomena in the form of scientifically looking diagrams.
Outcome
With controversial print ads we enabled people to see a different point of view towards pop music – beyond the consumer’s one. This made Popakademie Baden-Württemberg word of mouth and raised young music fans’ interest in its educational programs.
