The interactive media, unlike traditional forms of passive communication, includes 2 reading levels: the second reading level forms a new channel for communication between the bank and the client and an informal channel that improves transparency and the level of efficiency of the communication message.

Outcome

With the new interactive showcases we have achieved excellent results in terms of traffic and client visits to the agency with an increase of more than 80% compared to the same period before these installations.
