Execution
Less than 5 hours after going live with their first piece of content, Unilever had over 500 responses of true sentiment about their content which meant that they were able to see how people felt about the content, when they dropped off and how likely they were to watch more. This real time data helped Unilever and Broadly achieve incredibly high completion rates of 25% and get 15% of the audience to give them their self-reported emotional responses on both the brand and the content.
