Lenovo Care is a pre-installed application on Lenovo computers that updates software automatically, manages passwords, recovers configurations and files, makes web administration easier. Lenovo Care represents a strong characteristic at the time of purchase, and needed to be divulged like a special Internet piece. To translate all facilities that the application offers to the users, we created the concept “Lenovo Care. So innovative a solution, it’s like we had an IT guy inside the computer”. To divulge it in a strong way, we created an unusual and very good mood intervention in the Yahoo site. Target: computer users.
