We wanted to remind people that there are plenty of items on the McDonald’s menu that can be purchased with loose change. So we attached our iconic McDonald’s Fries Packet to the change dispensers on parking machines. As people reached in to get their change, they were mimicking the action of reaching for fries. We targeted the parking machines which were close to McDonald’s restaurants - inside malls, parking lots and on-street parking spots.

We captured people’s attention at the exact moment they received change and encouraged them to swap it for McDonald’s delicious, irresistible, golden and crispy French Fries.
