The value proposition 'do more for less' has been interpreted with 'being more efficient and faster in your work you can have more time to spend for yourself'.
And how you can spend your free time? Play with a 'Tris game' that has been included into the mailing.The communication concept was: 'Lotus Notes and Domino 6 allow you to save time in your work. From now on you can have more free time: so relax and play with Tris game!'But 'tris' was not only a game: it is used to reinforce the three different Lotus products features to the three different users.During the Event speakers presented products and advantages using the 'Tris game' graphic idea: only Lotus Notes & Domino 6 allow you to make 'tris'. All the other wrong cells highlighted the disadvantages of competitors' products. All attendees received a real 'Tris game'.
Outcome
Events represented a real success in terms of participation. We achieved a response of 11%. The presentation was very interactive as the attendees discovered the products' benefits by answering questions and playing 'Tris' with Lotus Notes and Domino 6.
