LiveLab aligns technology and humanity in a brand new way to literally SCALE INTIMACY.
It's a collision of live physical experience and digital media optimization.
LiveLab brings to bear the alignment of these extraordinary powers:
1. AUTHENTICITY of brand/human interaction captured live and streamed in real time
2. AMPLIFICATION of edited content rapidly targeted to top influencers
3. ACCESS of video on demand content by relevant consumer prospects where they are looking, when they are looking and by sources they trust.
LiveLab studios have been developed and refined in Chicago and acid-tested in other cities. LiveLab experiences have been created for Nike, Craftsman, Kenmore, Godiva, MINI, comScore and Accenture.
Suite Partners has completely self financed LiveLab since its inception in 2010. With strong proof of concept and a developing base of demand, investor presentations are scheduled for May-June, 2013. This will fund our next stage of roll out to New York, San Francisco, Cincinnati and Toronto.
Outcome
We believe LiveLab represents the next phase in the evolution of brand communications:
from the authenticity of early Word of Mouth to the Advertising eras to Search to Social to the return of authenticity via Live social (i.e. the candid capture and strategic distribution of brand content as exemplified by LiveLab).
The results have been staggering. Based on comScore Social Essentials Research:
- LiveLab content generating 6 views for every 1 view achieved by the top 100 brands online;
- LiveLab doubles social media reach;
- LiveLab generating 60% net incremental visitation to Sears sites.
