Execution

We transformed our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube channels from promoting our software to promoting students. And gave them the spotlight by dedicating media dollars to tell their stories to the world.

We used our campaign hashtag to find students to feature. By tagging work with #MadeThis on Behance, Twitter and Instagram, students self-identified their creative portfolio. And in return, reaped résumé-changing benefits.

These benefits included working with top-tier creative brands like Girl Skateboards, Marvel, Fox ADHD and Dreamville Records to create career-defining work. We documented these opportunities, using them as inspiration for a larger audience of student creatives.

Outcome

Since launching Make it with Creative Cloud, we have helped launch nearly 60 student careers. These success stories have garnered over 17MM earned impressions, reaching over 40 countries with communications.

From a product usage and awareness standpoint, we’ve seen a 145% lift in Creative Cloud signups. And from a brand attitude, a 16% overall positive brand lift for Adobe with our student target audience.
