The Italian McDonald’s initiative “WEST FLAVOUR” is a communication campaign focused on the true soul of the USA, unveiling its tastes, discovering the West and its classic iconography, in a way familiar to the eyes of Italians: Spaghetti western.With this film McDonald’s presents the real story of the West revealing the origin of the Calamity Jane legend. Jane was crazy about her bacon burger. Since nothing could distract her from it, Jane made a mess wherever she went. That’s why she was called Calamity. Calamity Jane.
