A voiceover, impersonating one of the MSF doctors, speaks to a prospective patient about his position to care for a patient. He doesn't care who his patient is in love with, where he was born, or whether he believes in a god. The vocation of a doctor is not based on social precepts, it is only based on humanity. That is why the concept: saving lives is our life.
