South Africa’s top chef, David Higgs, was briefed to isolate the top 14 flavour notes of Johnnie Walker and conceal them using molecular gastronomy. Then 4 test subjects were profiled in an online film which directed you to an online whisky profiler. A sensorium was also sent to media and bloggers. The online profiler used audio and visual stimulation and let you select mood, serving, environment, taste and aroma, matching you perfectly with a Johnnie Walker whisky.
