SCHOLZ & VOLKMER conceived a web special on the occasion of the product placement of the new coupe of the Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class.The special is a replenishment of the product presentation on the mercedes-benz.com internet site. In contrast to the presentation on the .com site, it will make the product experienceable.Large photos, video-clip-like sequels and comprehensive background information present the new car in a full and emotional way.The "Design" chapter shows the coupé character and the design highlights of the new CLK-Class, for the exterior as well as for the interior. With the help of the configurator, the visitor can arrange the colouring of the car. The "Comfort" chapter presents equipment and safety features. The "Dynamics" chapter shows details about travelling devices, engines and aerodynamics, and why it is so much fun to drive a CLK-Class.Typical internet specials round off the web appearance. A CLK-Class screensaver in the "Comfort" Chapter, and e-cards in the "Dynamics" chapter. Apart from that, the "Design" chapter offers monthly desktop backgrounds in the form of a calendar page for download.The website will go online at the opening of the Salon d'Automobile in Geneva, March 5, 2002.
