Instead of focusing on motivational speeches or long presentations, the concept relied on many symbolic gestures and overwhelming visual cues to built team spirit and a sense of belonging.
Outcome
Events are(unfortunately) rarely measured, especially if they are internal ones. Management was highly satisfied with the impact the event had. It actually could be sensed "in the air". (Dominik Kremer, CEO) The day following the event not much else was talked about at the company's offices. Many employees who were reluctant to even attend expressed their appreciation and were notably more motivated and far better informed.
