This was the first television campaign for the product. This TVC's purpose was to generate an awareness of the product in the market. A wife who has experienced a hard day at work cannot attract her husbands attention because he is to engrossed in his 'Mersey Valley Cheese.' He finally looks over to her when she tells him she has bought some 500-dollar shoes.
