Taking advantage of the end of the summer holidays, Optimus suggested 'the extension of that relaxation period' and provided a service that promoted the clients' comfort.The mailing communication had to be simple, objective, clear and strong in the call to action.The claim 'Rest your head and take a deep breath' was supported by the use of an inflatable pillow. To reinforce this concept and show how to reach 'full relaxation' a 'Relaxation Manual' was developed: it described the procedures and advantages of joining, and explained the promotion.
Outcome
About 7% of the 40,000 clients who did not use this service and received the mailing joined the Direct Debit in the Account service.
