By changing their ‘Share’ button to “TRENDIFY’ button, RockeTalk, India's largest mobile social networking site, offered its massive audience (Reach:9.8 Million), millions of trending videos, photos, and audio content - to consume, share and further ‘TRENDIFY’. The essence of ‘TRENDIFY’ is to – Like, Tag, Post, Share, Tweet, Embed, Follow, Blog! Through ‘TRENDIFY’ button on RockeTalk users were able to discover trends daily, as they were made and participated in shaping them.
Also on VuClip - the world’s largest independent mobile video and media company (India reach: 14 miilion)- the ‘Share’ button foreach video on the portal was replaced with ‘TRENDIFY’ button, encouraging users to trend. On Vuclip, there was a seamless integration. Through ‘TRENDIFY’ button consumers trended their videos directly on m.trendify.in at the click of a button, which in turn got shared on their Facebook, Twitter and other social sharing sites.
Outcome
First-time ever a brand’s proposition replaced the ‘Share’ button with the 'Trendify' button. Over 10 Million hits on the “TRENDIFY” button and 90 million ‘trendifying’ shares on Rocketalk.
‘64 Million ‘shares’ on VuClip, distributed into 17 Million+ on Facebook, 3 Million from Twitter and rest through SMSes and BBM.
