An innovative promotion with two Direct Marketing deliveries and participation through Internet.Delivery 1: T-shirt. We delivered 3,000 t-shirts to special clients inviting them to participate. The t-shirt showed on one side, various rock legends who passed away: Jimmy Hendrix 1942-1970; Jim Morrison 1943-1971; Elvis Presley 1935-1977, etc. On the other side it showed Rolling Stones live.Delivery 2: We sent tickets to the first 200 clients in elegant frames, as the Hard Rock memorabilia features. It was an excellent way to keep the souvenir forever.

Outcome

15,000 t-shirts were sent to special clients. 35% updated their data. 91% of the ones who received tickets attended the concert. The action was a success in rewarding and updating our clients.
