In contract renewals, an independent entity is always present, through which the contract renewal agreements are established. Optimus contacted its clients to inform them about their services, valuing above all information and reliability, conveying the image of a trustworthy company.The headline 'Close the deal while looking us in the eye' was thus used as claim, along with the image of a man’s face covered with a blindfold. The creative concept is that the client is being 'invited' to negotiate a deal 'openly', and that he should come and see 'with his own eyes' all the advantages offered by Optimus.

Around 10% of the companies that received the mailing (1,000 companies), visited the microsite.
